These Terms apply to coachamwilliams.com and AWC-controlled pages, including this temporary informational website at https://coach-am-williams-first-gate.am-andre-williams.chatgpt.site, including the public Recognition Diagnostic where linked. A.M. Williams Coaching Co., LLC (“AWC”) operates these experiences. Using a Site means accepting these Terms to the extent permitted by law. Separate signed client agreements, checkout terms and the Diagnostic participation notice govern their specific subjects if inconsistent.
2. Educational purpose
AWC offers leadership education, identity architecture, stewardship leadership, coaching, publications and advisory information. Site content does not promise business performance, income or individual results.
3. Participation
The public Diagnostic and advisory inquiries are intended for adults 18 and older. Do not impersonate others, misuse access links or submit another person’s private information without authority.
4. Recognition Diagnostic
The Diagnostic is a reflective leadership-development experience, not a clinical or psychological diagnosis or validated employment test. The Recognition Profile is an interpretation within AWC’s framework, not a guaranteed result. Participation is voluntary. The feature-specific notice requires acknowledgment. Requesting a conversation and allowing Diagnostic-related email are separate optional choices. Completion does not create a client relationship, automatic qualification, marketing enrollment or a guaranteed conversation. Substantive follow-up requires Human Review.
5. Not individualized professional advice
Website information does not replace individualized legal, tax, financial, insurance, medical or mental-health advice. Separately regulated services, if offered, require their own applicable disclosures and agreements.
6. Intellectual property
AWC or its licensors retain rights in website content, marks, names, books, assessments, frameworks, designs and program materials. You may read and use publicly available material for personal, noncommercial evaluation, subject to any stated license and lawful exceptions. Do not reproduce, resell, republish, impersonate authorship, commercially exploit, or bulk scrape protected material without authorization, except where law permits.
7. Participant and visitor submissions
You retain rights to original material you submit. You permit AWC to receive, store, review and use it only as reasonably necessary for the disclosed request, subject to the Privacy Policy and feature-specific notice. Submission does not grant AWC permission to publish your private reflections, name, Profile or testimonial for promotion. Such uses require separate affirmative authorization.
8. Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, harvest private records, abuse automated submissions or otherwise use the Sites unlawfully. AWC may limit access when reasonably necessary for security or compliance.
9. Purchases, bookings and engagements
Books, programs and services may be described on the website. The applicable checkout disclosure, written agreement, payment arrangement and law govern actual purchases, delivery, rescheduling, cancellation and refunds. These general Website Terms do not establish a universal refund policy or replace a separately executed client contract. Independent payment providers may apply their own terms.
10. Third-party sites
External scheduling, payment, signature, social, video or other services may be linked or embedded. Their separate terms and policies apply to their independent services. A link does not necessarily endorse all third-party content.
11. Availability and updates
AWC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature. Features may be modified or suspended for maintenance, safety or security, subject to existing contractual obligations. Updated Terms take effect prospectively when posted with a revised effective date. Changing this page does not retroactively change completed purchases or earlier Diagnostic permissions.
12. Disclaimers and rights
General website content is provided for information and educational use without any guarantee of a particular personal or commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AWC is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information instead of appropriate individualized advice. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses compliance with a separate signed agreement, or overrides the Privacy Policy.
13. Privacy
The AWC Website Privacy Policy explains general website information handling. The Recognition Diagnostic’s specific Privacy and Participation Notice governs its required acknowledgment, separate optional contact choices, response processing and retention.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law, except where mandatory protections or other applicable law require otherwise. You may contact AWC to seek an informal resolution. These Terms do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver or a venue restriction.
